Once we receive your planning fee, we'll schedule a consultation to review your travel plans, confirm your preferences, and discuss any additional details that will help shape your experience.

4. Your Travel Plan Comes Together

We'll research, design, and organize your personalized travel strategy, providing recommendations and guidance tailored to your travel style and priorities.

5. Decide How You'd Like to Book

Once your travel strategy is complete, the choice is yours. You can book your travel through HB Custom Travel Strategy & Design or use your completed plan to make your own arrangements.

Custom Travel Strategy & Planning begins at $395. 

Planning fees are based on the scope and complexity of your trip, including the itinerary, number of destinations, travel logistics, group size and coordination needs, and the level of planning support required.

A customized planning fee will be provided before work begins, so you'll know exactly what to expect.
